I am passionate about inspiring people of all ages and abilities to achieve their full fitness and performance potential. I am certified both as a personal trainer and as a coach, which gives me the ability to meet clients where they are – no matter their age, background or current situation – and help them define and achieve their personal fitness goals. For the past 10 years, I have worked with youth sports teams to develop the performance of young athletes. I continue to do this while also working with high school, college and older athletes, as well as many non-athletes, to improve muscle strength and tone, cardiovascular fitness, balance and core strength, and flexibility and functional movement. I also work with men and women off all ages to achieve weight loss and overall fitness they desire. I teach group classes for improvements in speed, agility and quickness and as preparation for participating in obstacle challenges (e.G., tough mudder). I also design and lead experiential team-building and leadership programs for organizations. I am a former multi-sport athlete (lacrosse, soccer, football, wrestling, track and swimming) and remain an avid biker, rock climber, swimmer and snowboarder.
